Vasilina is divorced with two daughters and a son. She is an entrepreneur from Uzhgorod who sells souvenirs, gifts and items made out of fur, like hats, warm vests and even footwear. Vasilina has been in this business for seven years. She has learned how to reach potential customers and make good deals with them. Many clients who have bought from her keep coming back for other reasonably-priced items. Vasilina’s net profit amounts to about 9,500 Grivnyas a month.
Vasilina is requesting a loan of 18,300 Grivnyas to diversify the assorted merchandise she offers for sale in her gift kiosk. Vasilina calculates all her costs. She has always been a financially conscious entrepreneur, which has helped her business develop and stay competitive in this region of Ukraine. Being a single mom, Vasilina works hard to make sure her children have all their needs met. One of her biggest goals is to see all three of them in college some day.
