El grupo confianza está integrado por tres mujeres trabajadoras una de ellas es la señora Bertha U. Moraga, coordinadora del grupo. Ella tiene una carnicería la cual inicio su madre y actualmente administra desde 1993 y le ha proporcionado el sustento para sus hijos de 18 y 6 años.

Sus compañeras de grupo son Miriam S. quien vende comidas y refrescos desde hace 7 años y Martha Leonor B. de 57 años quien vende frutas, verduras y piñatas. Ellas han participado en las capacitaciones de autoestima y empoderamiento empresarial donde expresaron que fue muy bueno, se sintieron bien y aprendieron mucho.
