Rosa, de 55 años, es una madre de familia muy trabajadora, y vive en su casa propia junto a su esposo y sus 3 hijos.Hace 5 años tuvo que cerrar su ferretería debido a la excesiva tarifa de los impuestos que no recompensaban sus ventas. En la actualidad vende a través de pedidos (delivery), de acuerdo al listado prepara la mercadería de materiales (para soluciones del hogar) y los distribuye personalmente. Sus compradores son sus antiguos clientes, quienes la conocen por la calidad de sus productos, y si tiene la oportunidad de captar más compradores no pierde tiempo. Cuando cerro su negocio tuvo mucha nostalgia, pero con esta modalidad de ventas, se siente más cómoda; ya lleva 4 años realizando la comercialización por pedido. Su mayor anhelo es ampliar su negocio y cuidar de su salud, ya que alguna vez enfermó y se le complicaron las cosas.Este es su octavo préstamo que tiene con MFP, y sabe que el crédito es importante para aumentar el capital de su trabajo, por lo que se compromete en pagar todas sus cuotas a tiempo. Trata de ser muy responsable y colaboradora con su grupo de trabajo. Para más adelante Rosa tiene planeado invertir el dinero solicitado en comprar más artículos de ferretería, para lograr atender los pedidos que tiene pendientes.
