I was born and brought up in Multan, a mid-sized city in Pakistan. I am the mother of four children, all of whom I have managed to enroll in school. My husband and I both stitch sacks used to store various types of grains and rice and sell them in the nearby grain market. Last year we took a loan from ASASAH, a microfinance institution, and invested in our sack business. We were able to repay the installments on time and buy a few items such as a fridge and a washing machine for ourselves. Now we need to expand our business further and require USD325 as a loan.
