Susana Filomena
Susana is 54 years old and has three children. This will not be her first business loan and she has been selling food for the past 11 years. She began because she needed to earn an income in order to support her family, because she did not have her extended family’s support. When she began she had to do all of the work herself. Despite these and other challenges, she has come out ahead and will use the money from this loan to buy rice, cooking oil, beans, meats, and fruit. She wants to continue to improve and expand her business.
