Mr. Tim H. is 41 years old and a married man. His wife, who appears in the photo, is a local cultivator. This couple has seven children, four of whom are now married and have already established their own family homes, while the other three are single. Tim H. is currently able to generate a great income by raising pigs and crops. Since he doesn’t have a vehicle for his transportation needs, he normally travels to anywhere by hiring a taxi. Because he wants to cut down this expense, Tim H. has requested a loan of $700 to be used to purchase a second-hand motorcycle to provide transportation for his family.
