José tiene 54 años de edad, es casado y tiene dos hijos, vive junto a su familia en el distrito de La Florida, un distrito de la sierra norte del país, pertenece a la provincia de San Miguel de la región Cajamarca. Se encuentra ubicado a mas de dos horas de la ciudad de Chiclayo, capital de la región Lambayeque.

Se dedica desde hace mas de diez años a la fabricación de muebles y puertas. Para realizar su trabajo cuenta con un taller instalado en su domicilio. Allí el confecciona sus productos en base a pedidos y también fabrica muebles por su cuenta para venderlos en los principales mercados de la zona. El negocio le viene de familia, ya que su hermano también se dedica a esta labor y ambos se valen de esta actividad para salir adelante.

José desea ampliar su negocio con la fabricación de mas muebles por cuenta propia, de modo que pueda colocar mas productos en los mercados y percibir mas ganancias que le permitan salir adelante. Para lograr su meta ha solicitado por primera vez a Edpyme Alternativa un crédito de 2000 nuevos soles que piensa invertir en la compra de madera.
