Constant is a 30-year-old and heads a family of seven people of whom five are his children. He has a retail shop in Kibaale, Uganda which he has operated for the last six years. The major dream for his family is education for his children. He sells home consumables and also sells dry foods like maize and beans.
Like in most parts of Uganda, Constant and his wife are also farmers which, he says, helps increase the family income. This is Constant’s first loan from Hofokam Limited, having got to know about it through a village mate. The purpose of the loan is to buy salt, sugar, soap, beans, and maize for selling.
