The members feel confident running their own businesses, since their businesses help them to support their families. They have all received training from financial advisors in order to improve their respective businesses, and each of them has created a good business plan.

Norma, for example, makes a living selling sweets, and this business has allowed her to earn a decent income to help her family. She makes the sweets by purchasing fruit pulp and other ingredients and mixing them together.

Norma has many reliable customers because of the quality of her products, and she always sells all of the sweets that she prepares.

Las mujeres del presente comité son del barrio Loma de la cuidad de Caacupé, en este comité cada integrante cuenta con un actividad productiva y que le genere ingreso.
Las integrantes se sienten seguras trabajando en sus propios negocios, lo que comercialmente realizan les ayudan al sustento familiar, para el mejor de sus respectivos negocios ellas reciben la capacitación de las asesoras y de manera cada una realiza una buena planificación.
La señora Norma se dedica a la venta de dulces, y con este negocio ella obtiene buenos ingresos para ayudar a su familia.
Ella para elaborar los dulces compra las pulpas de frutas y otros ingredientes que se agregan en el preparado.
Por la calidad de sus productos ya tiene clientes seguros y vende todo lo que prepara.
