Kikompi Ole S., 33 years old, is married to Noomeyuni S. and the father of two children. Farming his own piece of land for the last ten years, he learned about KADET through marketing awareness conducted by KADET staff in his area. This will be his first loan for which is planning to spend the 50,000 KES on maize farming. Maize does very well due to the fertile lands and adequate rainfall in the area, and with the additional profit he hopes to make from the proceeds of this loan, Kikompi plans to lease additional farmland in order to increase his maize production.
A hardworking man determined to achieve his goals, Kikompi's dream is to practice large-scale maize farming.
