H. de 47 años de edad, vive junto a su hija de 22 años de edad quien se dedica a trabajar en una fábrica de elaboración de ropa, ambas residen en Ciudad Delgado, en el departamento de San Salvador. Isabel ha trabajado toda su vida muy duro para sacar adelante a su hija por si sola, ya que es madre soltera, la cual en la actualidad aún se enfrenta a muchas situaciones difíciles, pese a las cuales ha sabido salir adelante. Isabel con mucho esfuerzo logro colocar una tienda en la cual pudiera vender alimentos, productos para el hogar, entre otros más, negocio que poco a poco ha ido creciendo a pesar de lo difícil que ha sido para ella sostenerlo, dicho negocio esta ubicado en su casa de habitación. Isabel solicita un préstamo con el deseo de poder invertir en la tienda y así equiparla con todo lo necesario para incrementar sus ventas, ya que es gracias a este negocio como ella junto a su hija han logrado una estabilidad económica aceptable.
