Elvie L. is from the village of Lapasan, Clarin, Misamis Occidental. She is 27 years old, married and has 2 school-aged children. Elvie owns and operates a general store, selling a variety of different products such as milk, juice packs, sugar, salt, noodles, etc. in the local community.
