Mr. Sin S. is a 37-year-old fish catcher and the father of two school-aged children. Every day in the early morning, Mr. Sin S. and his wife fish in and around the river and they quickly bring the fish they have caught to sell at the market. He needs more tools to use for fishing but he doesn’t have the money yet to fulfill his requirement. Therefore, Mr. Sin S. decided to request a loan of $1000 which he will use to purchase many sets of accessories for him to use when fishing on the river.
