The solidarity group MANTELAR was estabished in October 2002.  It is composed of eight members from the same village of NIAFOR.  The group is one of eight groups that make up Banc Villageois de NIAFOR.  The group members average about 40 years of age and are the mothers of at least four children.  In general, their commerce involves palm oil, peanut oil, and market gardening.  

To intensify their businesses and to increase their buying power, the group members decided to join the micro-finance institution CAURIE-MF in October 2002.  The purpose was to receive some of its services.  They have practically 8½ years of seniority in the system.  Their loans have always been repaid without difficulties.  Their new loans will enable them to do better in supplying themselves with goods and in developing their market garden businesses. 

The supervisor of the group, Fanda Toumane N., is 43 years old.  She is married and the mother of six children to support, and she is the guardian of another child of her brother-in-law.  Fanda grows sweet potatoes and sells peanut oil and palm oil.  Her goal is to support her husband in paying for the various house expenses and to take part in covering the children's schooling costs.

Le groupe de solidarité de MANTELAR est créé en octobre 2002, il est composé de 8membres issus du même village NIAFOR. Le groupe de MATELAR est l'un des 08 groupes qui composent le Banc Villageois de NIAFOR. Les membres du groupe ont en moyenne une quarantaine d'années et sont mères d'au moins 04 enfants.

Elle font en général du commerce d'huile de palme, d'arachide et du maraîchage.

Pour intensifier leurs activités et augmenter leur pouvoir d'achat elles ont décidé d'intégrer en octobre 2002 l'institution micro-financier CAURIE-MF pour bénéficier des ses services. Elles ont pratiquement une ancienneté de 8ans et demi dans le système et tous leurs prêts ont été toujours remboursés sans difficultés.

Leurs nouveaux prêts leur permettront de mieux s'approvisionner en marchandises et de développer des activités maraîchères.

La responsable du Groupe, Fanda toumane N. est âgée de 43 ans, elle est mariée et mère de 06 enfants en charge et tutrice d'un autre enfant de son beau frère. Elle fait la culture de la patate douce, du commerce d'arachide et d'huile de palme.

Son objectif est de soutenir son mari dans les différentes charges financières de la maison et de participer au payement de la scolarité de ses enfants.
