Leonora D., 47 years old, is a rice grower. She has two children with the eldest one aged 13. She currently tills a ½ hectare farm. She started farming in 1995. The reason she would like to apply for a loan is for business expansion. She is requesting a loan amount of 15,000 Philippine Pesos which she will use to buy farm supplies like seeds and fertilizers. Leonora says that she likes CEVI services so much because they also offer micro-insurance coverage to all their clients.
