With this new loan that she will receive she will buy 100-pound sacks of rice to continue distributing rice in Portoviejo to the regular customers she has.

La señora Mercedes desde hace 9 ciclos forma parte del Banco Comunal María José en la parroquia Picoaza asentada en la provincia de Manabí a diez minutos del cantón Portoviejo, en esta parte de la provincia sus habitantes se dedican al comercio de diferentes áreas.

Nuestra socia es una ama de casa y a la vez una gran comerciante, tiene 38 años esta casada tiene 3 hijos, desde hace 11 años viene vendiendo semi joyas en la marca de Romanel, y luego de eso decidió emprender el negocio de las ventas de colchones y camas y para ellos acondicionó un lugar en su casa para tener su negocio, esta es una familia bien trabajadora.

El esposo se encarga de la venta de arroz por quintales la por mayor y menor, se proveen del arroz en la ciudad de Guayaquil es ella quien se encarga de ir directamente a comprar para verificar que lo que compra es de buena calidad, ya en ocasiones ha tenido inconvenientes porque solo le enviaban hasta la casa, y tubo perdidas, en los actúeles momentos la señora Mercedes ya cuenta con su propio capital para las semi joyas y los colchones, pero si necesita un capital para la venta de arroz y con este nuevo crédito que recibirá comprara quintales de arroz, para seguir con la distribución del arroz es en la ciudad de Portoviejo a los clientes fijos que tiene.
