Lucelia is seeking a loan to purchase more merchandise, and in turn generate more earnings, and continue investing them. She is a very empresarial woman, and greatly desires to improve her situation. She hasn't ever studied a career, but knows how to administer her earnings. Her dream is to have her own large shop with a greater variety of products to sell, as she would then have better earnings, and wouldn't have many problems being able to sustain her baby.

Lucelia S. es una muchacha joven de 19 años, que tiene un bebe de 1 año, vive en la zona de la Maica Central parada 7, localidad ubicada en la periferia de la provincia Cercado del departamento de Cochabamba.

Lucelia se dedica al comercio de prendas de vestir para varón, específicamente pantalones de jeans. Su mamá viajó a España hace 2 años, desde entonces ella se quedo al cuidado de su tía, pero la mala influencia de sus amigas y su ingenuidad, la llevaron a la situación por la que paso, tuvo a su bebe y se quedo sola sin apoyo del padre de su bebe, desde entonces, Lucelia trabaja mucho se levanta muy de madrugada para ir a comprar pantalones por docenas a los mayoristas, luego en un puesto de venta que tiene en el Mercado La Paz, mercado popular de Cochabamba, vende toda la mercadería a precios unitarios, es así que día a día Lucelia se gana la vida. Realiza sus actividades siempre en compañía de su bebe, pues no tiene quien le ayude a cuidar a su bebe.

Lucelia solicito un crédito para poder comprar más mercadería, al comprar más mercadería, podrá incrementar mas sus ingresos, y seguir invirtiendo. Lucelia es un joven muy emprendedora, que tiene deseos de superación, a pesar que ella no ha estudiando ninguna carrera, sabe administrar sus ingresos, y su deseo es poder tener su propia tienda, grande, con mas productos para vender, así sus ingresos serian mayores, y no tendría muchos problemas para poder sostener a su bebe.
