Rodríguez who, for the past 25 years, has been owner of a convenience store, which has been gradually increasing its client base, and Keylin Julieth L., who has been working for the past three years as a cajetas maker (specialist in caramel toppings/fillings).

El grupo El Atardecer está integrado por tres mujeres trabajadoras una de ellas es Iliana Janina L. V. quien se dedica a realizar lo tradicionales dulces nicaragüenses como los churros, cajetas de leche, de coco, de maní, coyolito, piñonate, de masa…..etc.
Sus compañeras de grupo son Martha Lorena V. Rodríguez quien desde hace 25 años es propietaria de una pulpería que ha ido surgiendo poco a poco y Keylin Julieth L. quien trabaja desde hace tres años en la realización de cajetas.
