Jappo Ligguey (ASF) is a mixed association composed of multiple individuals running small enterprises. It has been created in 2009 by a group of women who wanted to bring together all their peers in the district of Angle Serigne Fallou (ASF) under the slogan “mutual aid for doing work.” The group is led by Mrs. Marie N. Diouf and is organized into multiple sub-groups of five, as advised by the agent of the Moda Kane credit union, so that all members can better benefit from U-IMCEC services. Thus several sub-groups have requested a loan of 500,000 West African francs, which will be divided equally among the members.

The Jappo Liggey subgroup No. 8 is managed by Mrs. Khady S., 59 years of age. She has been selling peanuts, “ niébé" [a local type of black-eyed beans] and millet from her home for the past eight years.

The other members of the subgroup she manages are Mrs. Sokhna N. Gaye, who sells “thiouraye” incense [a traditional mixture of grains and fragrant wood that is burnt with coal or charcoal]. ice cream and fruit juices; Mrs. Ndéye S., who sells breakfast foods and onions; Mr. Papa Moudou M., who sells second-hand clothing at the central market of Thiès; and Mrs. Adama Guèye, who also sells second-hand clothing at the weekly markets.

Jappo Ligguey (asf) est une association mixte composée de plusieurs personnes microentrepreuneuses. Elle a été créée en 2009 par un groupe de femmes pour rassembler tous leurs paires du quartier Angle Serigne Fallou (asf) autour d’un même idéal « l’entraide pour travailler ». Elle est dirigée par Madame Marie N. Diouf et est scindée en plusieurs sous groupes de 5 sous l’influence de l’agent de crédit de la caisse Moda Kane pour que tous les membres puissent bénéficier mieux des services d’U-IMCEC. C’est ainsi que certains sous groupes ont déposé leur demande de crédit de 500 000 FCFA qu’ils vont se partager en part égale.
Le sous groupe Jappo Liggey N°8 est dirigé par Madame Khady S. âgée de 59 ans. Cette dame fait le commerce d’arachide, niébé ou haricot local, mil, chez elle depuis 8 ans. Elle dirige dans ce sous groupe Madame Sokhna N. Gaye qui vend du thiouraye (encens), crème et du jus de fruit, Madame Ndéye S. vendeuse de petit déjeuners et oignon, Monsieur Papa Modou M. qui s’active dans la vente de friperie au marché centrale de Thiès et de Madame Adama Guèye également dans la friperie au niveau des marchés hebdomadaires. e idéal « l’entraide pour travailler ». Elle est dirigée par Madame Marie N.
