Kadie T. is a widow with four children, two boys and two girls. She has been trading in African clothing for both adults and children for the past six years. Kadie, being a very determined woman, is in search of a loan to produce more African dresses for sale. She hopes to use the profits to put her children through school and start another business for one of her daughters.
