Millycent is 38 years old and married with four children. She has been running a cosmetics shop in Nairobi for six years to earn a living. She was previously employed in a soap manufacturing company before she started the business. She saves her money with her group in Faulu Kenya called Millenium which guarantees loans to its members. Millycent hopes to expand her business and improve her living standards in the future. She thinks that advertising will increase the number of her customers and therefore she has requested a loan of 50,000 KES from Faulu Kenya to pay advertising costs and also to add to her stock of cosmetics.
