Mrs. Sean C., 36, lives with her 36-year-old husband in the Kampong Cham district of Cambodia with her three children, all of whom are students. Her husband earns $9.60 a day as a blacksmith. Sean C. herself can be hired by couples getting married to take care of their wedding. She decorates the premises herself, finds clothes for the bride to wear and organizes the food. She has applied for this loan to improve this business; in particular she would like to buy more decorative items. With the remainder of the money she would like to repair her home.
