Maria Dolores
Maria is 40 years old and lives in the Alto Tacagua neighborhood in the city of La Paz. She has her own home, has 4 children, and lives with Valerio, who has a vehicle that he uses to work as a driver in urban transportation. Maria has a cart from which she sells tripe tacos (fast food) in the evenings in the area surrounding the plaza Alonzo de Mendoza. Maria dreams of having more taco carts so that she could generate employment for other people and grow as a small businesswoman. For this reason she will use this loan to buy more carts to sell tripe, and in addition, potatoes, peanuts and other ingredients to make the tripitas, and in this way increase her working capital. She is very grateful to Emprender and Kiva for the trust provided in granting this loan.
