Mrs. Long C. is 29 years old and lives in the Dongkor District of Phnom Penh City where she works as a laborer in a garment factory. She has worked at this job since before she married. Long's husband sells a few items from home to earn a living. The family has two school-age children who are students. Long's family faces a problem with transportation expenses as they must always pay for taxis. To solve this problem, she is requesting a loan to purchase a new motorcycle to ride to work or elsewhere. (Long was busy working in the factory when the photo was taken so her husband is pictured instead.)
