Geneviève Aline H. was born on 9th September 1978 and is married to Séïbou ASSOGBA, a welder. The couple has three children in their care, two of whom are their own children. All the children are at school. Geneviève Aline has lived for the past nine years with her family in Cocotomey in the municipality of Calavi. The couple shares the various family expenses. Geneviève Aline left school during secondary level. For around six years she has sold various haberdashery products in her shop which is based at home. She gets her supplies in Nigeria, which borders Bénin, and in Dantokpa, Bénin's international market. Geneviève Aline has already benefited from one loan from ALIDé which she repaid in full. With a view to expanding her activity and to be able to satisfy ever increasing customer demand more readily, she is applying for a second loan.

Geneviève Aline avait bénéficié d'un crédit auprès de ALIDé et a bien effectué le remboursement. Dans le but d'élever davantage le niveau de son activité et de mieux répondre à la demande de plus en plus nombreuse de sa clientèle, Geneviève Aline sollicite un deuxième prêt.

Because the Beninois Ministry of Finance has imposed restrictions on the amount of money Alidé can send to Kiva, the organization can only send monthly repayments in installments smaller than $13,000. This means that some Kiva lenders may receive their repayments late.
