Hum S., age 29, is married and resides with her children in Takeo province, Cambodia. She has two children. She is engaged in a business selling various kinds of groceries at home, earning a gross income of $15 USD per day to help cover the family expenses. Her husband is employed as a construction worker, earning an income of $5 USD per day. S. is requesting a loan of $1,000 USD to purchase more groceries to stock the store and to sell during Cambodian New Year. This is her first loan from CREDIT, Kiva’s partner.
