Cleofel
Cleofel S. is from the village of Malipayon, Pangantucan Bukidnon. She is 35 years old and married with five school-aged children. To make a living, she has a business providing rice milling services to local community members. She has been in this business for over five years and earns approximately 12,000 to 20,000 PHP a month.

In 2009, Cleofel joined HSPFI to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and ability to engage in business activities. She has successfully repaid a previous loan of 5,000 PHP from HSPFI and is requesting a new loan of 8000 PHP which will be used for maintenance of the rice mill. This loan will be the second loan taken out by Cleofel from HSPFI. She plans to use the additional revenue generated to improve and expand her business.
