En la ciudad Paraguari, se reunieron un grupo de mujeres con el objetivo de conformar un comité y de esa manera acceder al préstamo que ayudaría a mejorar la actividad que las mismas realizan.
El comité lleva por nombre San Roque, cuya denominación se debe al nombre del barrio al cual pertenecen, actualmente se encuentran en el sexto ciclo con calificación excelente integrada por 19 sacrificadas señoras, quienes ponen el mayor de sus esfuerzos para mejorar la calidad de vida de ellas y de sus respectivas familias. Todas las integrantes son mujeres muy luchadoras, quienes han invertido sus préstamos en sus respectivas actividades.
La señora Dionisia F. es una de las integrantes, la misma se dedica al negocio de ventas de productos de uso doméstico.
Ella es una señora muy trabajadora, atiende su negocio y ademas realiza todas las labores de la casa, su marido es albañil y constantemente realiza trabajo de construcción y ayuda bastante también a la familia.
