Pheouk S., age 53, is widowed and resides with her children in Siem Reap Province, Cambodia. She has two children. She is engaged in the agriculture sector, growing vegetables for sale, earning an income of USD 3 per day to help cover family expenses. The family is also assisted financially by one of her children who is employed as a housekeeper at a hotel, earning an income of USD 3 per day.
Their standard of living has improved since S. has had this business. S. is requesting a loan of 600 USD to purchase a motorbike for her child to commute to work. This is her first loan from CREDIT, partnered with Kiva.
