Mrs. Yorn C. is 53 years old and is a villager who lives in Thom IDL village in Kandal province. She and her husband, Mr. Phan Phai, are farmers who own a one hectare field for cultivating rice. They do not have enough money to support their crop farming. Thus, Mrs. Yorn C. decided to ask for a loan to buy fertilizer and gasoline to support their farming.
