Mrs. Silvia is single, and she has been selling groceries for 5 years; she lives alone in the neighborhood of Cupesi, which is also where her store is located. In her store, she offers all basic necessity products; her store is well stocked but she needs to expand her business. With the money from the loan, she will buy more merchandise in order to have a better income and fulfill her planned objective. Mrs. Silvia works hard every day since her wish is to have her own house and finish her primary school studies; she recently learned to read and write. It was difficult for her, but she really wants to get ahead in life and continue forward in order to improve her quality of life. She worked from a very young age, since her father died and she had to find work to help pay for household expenditures.
Mrs. Silvia is very grateful with Emprender and Kiva for their trust in granting this loan.
