Susan is a 29 year old woman married to Mohemed. They have two children. She is in the business of selling water in Kisumu Ndogo-Malindi where she targets households within the area. Her business is four years old and she gets a monthly profit of 8,000 KES. Apart from the water business, Susan also sells charcoal as a secondary business.
Susan was introduced to KADET by a friend and this is her first loan. She will utilize this loan by adding stock of charcoal worth 5,000 KES and purchase water pipes as well as add a third tap to boost her business with the other 5,000 KES. With the extra profit, she plans to complete rental houses at her plot.
