Casado, con cuatro hijos que su esposa procreo, los cuales cursan su primaria. Don Elías hace varios años se recibió de Abogado y Notario Publico en donde trabaja como asesor legal en la alcaldía Villa el Carmen, sus planes a futuro es poder tener su propia oficina en donde pueda obtener mejores beneficios de ingresos, y desarrollar sus habilidades. Ha logrado hacer su casa toda de concreto pero aun le falta pintar y poner cerámica, es por eso con este préstamo lograra compra cerámica y pintura para poder comenzar hacer la obra en donde tiene comprado parte del material. contento por los beneficios adquiridos.
