José
José is married, he is 54 years of age and has 6 children. Three of his daughters are studying in the university, one of his sons helps him work in the shoe shop and the other two children are enrolled in high school. His wife has worked bending "chipa" for over 25 years now in order to help bring in more income so their children can finish their education.

For 35 years now, Jose has worked designing and making shoes; and is one of the most renowned shoemakers in the area. He has a steady clientele, and also sells some of his shoes wholesale (over 250 pairs of shoes so far) in the city of Asunción.

Thanks to the dedication and perseverance in his profession, his business is moving forward and it has provided a better quality of life and education for their children. This loan will be used to purchase raw materials (hides) to meet customer demand.

José es casado, de 54 años, tienen 6 hijos, tres de sus hijas se encuentran estudiando carreras universitarias y el único hijo varón le ayuda con los que trabajos de la zapatería y los otros dos se encuentran cursando sus estudios secundarios.
Su esposa trabaja bendiendo chipa hace más de 25 años para así ayudarle a tener más ingresos con el objetivo de que sus hijos puedan terminar sus estudios.
José hace más de 35 años se dedica a la confección y compostura de zapatos, es uno de los zapateros mas renombrado de la zona, cuenta con clientela formada, también trabaja al por mayor entregando más de 250 pares de calzado terminado para su posterior venta en la ciudad de Asunción.
Gracias a su dedicación y perseverancia en su profesión está saliendo adelante, brindarle una mejor calidad de vida y educación a sus hijos.
