En el negocio llevan 15 años, doña Rosa aprendió con su papa ya que él también se dedica a este negocio desde hace muchos años, para sacar adelante el negocio realizan varias compras sistemáticamente , en cada compra que realizan invierten entre 400 y 500 dólares, se abastecen del producto directamente en el puerto de Manta, las venta en Quito las hace su hermana quien viaja a vender cada cierto tiempo dependiendo de la oferta y demanda que se exige en esta gran ciudad, en cada venta que realizan las ganancias son aproximadamente del 100% de la inversión hecha.
