Fadel is a 22-year-old single man living with his parents and 4 dependent brothers and sisters. Six years ago, he started gaining experience in the gypsum board and concrete trades. And in 2006, he started working on his own, taking projects and customers’ freelance orders. He creates gypsum board designs and decorations and presents a variety of products to his clients. Fadel uses his savings to continue building his home and taking care of all the related preparation.
Fadel is requesting a loan of $1,000 to buy new tools to always stay up-to-date and meet his customers' requirements. He is certain that the loan will help him in improving his business service and increasing his profit.
Due to political and social challenges in Lebanon, personally identifiable attributes entrepreneurs may have been altered to protect their privacy (i.e., blurring portions of the borrower's picture, not indicating a name and location, etc.). Vitas appreciates Kiva lenders' understanding of these challenges and encourages them to continue their support for Lebanon's borrowers.
