Vásquez tiene 33 años, vive en el barrio 7 de Abril de la ciudad de Barranquilla, con su esposa y sus 2 hijos de 6 y 3 años de edad; tiene una Tienda –panadería que comenzó hace algo más de un año de manera muy informal, cuando trabajaba como empleado de una panadería. Inició vendiendo un bulto de arroz a sus vecinos, actividad que realizaba su cónyuge desde su casa, mientras el trabajaba de panadero; este negocio fue creciendo y le agregó nuevos productos como aceite, granos y víveres de acuerdo a la demanda de su mercado domestico inicial; hoy tiene una tienda panadería surtida, a la que dedica gran parte de su tiempo, pues también enseña música, lo cual le genera ingresos adicionales. Con sus 6 años de experiencia como panadero elabora deliciosos productos derivados de la harina de trigo, los cuales tambien vende en su negocio. En la actualidad solicita un crédito por valor de $1.300.000 para comprar mercancía y una estera metalica para darle elegancia y mayor seguridad a su negocio.

Vladimir es un hombre polifacético, Su sueño mas adelante es que sus hijos lleguen a ser profesionales. Su meta principal es ampliar su negocio, remodelarlo y diversificarlo pues quiere adicionarle productos de heladería.
