The Mujeres Virtuosas del Barrio San Miguel (Virtuous Women of San Miguel Neighborhood) in Luque came together thanks to an invitation they received from one of the members of the Mujeres Unidas de Isla Bogado (Isla Bogado United Women) committee. Currently, the committee is made up of 18 members who are involved in a variety of commercial activities.

Alejandra E. sells food in a food stand that she leases in Luque's market. Her customers are very satisfied with the dishes she makes. Some of her usual dishes are: turnovers, breaded steak, sopa paraguaya (similar to corn bread), bori-bori (a hearty soup made with meat, vegetables, and dumplings), soups. El comité Mujeres, Mujeres Virtuosas del barrio San Miguel de la ciudad de Luque, se formó gracias a la invitación de formar formar un comité que recibieron por parte de una de las integrantes del comité Mujeres Unidas de Isla Bogado. Actualmente el comité esta conformado por 18 integrantes las cuales invierten en distintas actividades.

La señora Alejandra E. se dedica a la venta de comestible, ella vende sus productos en un salón que alquila en el mercado de la ciudad de Luque, sus clientes están muy satisfechos con los productos que elabora. Los alimentos que comúnmente prepara son empanada, milanesas, sopa paraguaya, boori-bori, caldos de sistitos tipos, el crédito que solicitó lo invirtió en la compra de insumos para la elaboración y venta de sus productos alimenticios.
