The group “Aviones” (Airplanes) is led by Sra. Iveth Ximena and consists of 12 members who are all working women who are united and dynamic. They work extremely hard to support their families. Sra. Iveth Ximena sells clothing for men. She is married and has two children. Her husband works from home as an electrician. Sometimes he has work and other times he does not have as much. For this reason, Sra. Iveth Ximena is responsible for supporting their household most of the time. Her loan will be used for her husband so that he can open a booth at another location that he will manage only on the weekends. This will enable him to generate more income to support and educate their children.


The other members are engaged in different activities such as manufacturing sportswear, selling cleaning supplies, selling food, selling toys, selling plastics, and selling clothes. The women are confident in their abilities to proviD. good competition in the market where they operate. This loan will increase their operating capital so that they can buy merchandise, supplies, and equipment that will help them improve their earnings. The Communal Bank is already working on its fourth loan cycle and has demonstrated responsibility, honesty, and the desire to succeed for the welfare of their families.
