El socio es miembro de la ventanilla rural Grupo Enmanuel es un recinto que se encuentra a cuarenta y cinco minutos del Cantón Guaranda capital de la Provincia de Bolívar. Son 17 socios en total, es una comunidad Agrícola y Ganadera son indígenas hablan Quechua en su totalidad
Josè trabaja en la agricultura para incrementar la economía de la familia. Los cultivos que más sobresalen son el maíz, trigo papas, mora, habas y también a la cría de chanchos y borregos.

Vende los productos en el mercado mayorista de Guaranda cada seis meses.
La cultura principal es el carnaval que se celebra todos los años en febrero. También, a Josè le gusta caminar.

El socio solicita el crédito para comprar insumos para el trabajo del campo y sobre todo para fertilizantes y abonos. Su meta es tener una buena actividad económica para la familia. Los desafíos que enfrenta son los problemas climáticos y las enfermedades que afectan a los cultivos.
