R., tiene la edad de 393 años vive en el Reparto Juan Ramon Padilla es casado y su esposa es comerciante, y le apoya a los gastos del hogar, ellos tienen 2 hijos de las edades de 15 y 11 años de edad los dos estan estudiando y él labora como guarda de seguridad desde hace aproximadamente 15 meses.

Dentro de los problemas a los que se ha enfrentado, esta la falta de financiamiento para poder remodelar su vivienda la cual ya se encuentra bien avanzada tal y como lo muestra la foto, esto ha sido producto de su empeño diario, ahora él solicita un prestamo para la compra de materiales de construcción, y la culminacion del proyecto de reconstruccion, que aporte una ayuda económica y mejores condiciones de vida para la familia.
