This group is called "Flor de Durazno" because at the house where they meet there is a tree that, at a certain time of the year, puts out very showy flowers with pink petals.
The group "Flor de Durazno" is located in the community of Totolapan Morelos, Mexico, in the north of the state of Morelos. They have always been distinguished for being responsible in paying back their loans.
Adriana, who is originally from Totolapan, has a grocery store. Her family is comprised of five members who are her three sons, her husband and her. Her three sons are students. Her husband is called Eduardo and he works in the fields.
She says that she has received great support from the loans that she has been awarded because they have helped her to increase her sales. Her business project is to increase her sales so that she can continue investing in her grocery store and, with the income that this generates, she can build economic support for her and her family and be able to buy a display cabinet for her store.
