Susana Marlyn
Our friend Susana is a member of the “Kantu san Jerónimo” communal bank of the Arariwa Association. She is 40 years old, single, and lives in the City of Cusco.

Susana is a hard working enterprising woman who came up with the idea of starting her own business of renting out camping gear. She tells us that tourism in Cusco has decreased by approximately 80% because of the torrential rains that hit Cusco, bringing with them economic losses for her business. She has had this business for five years and had been doing very well, thanks to the effort she puts into her work and into her desire to get ahead despite her hardships.

Susana needs this loan in order to renovate her camping equipment and buy some new equipment. Her goal is to start a tourist hostel to host visitors and foreign tourists. She is thankful for the opportunity and promises to make her payments on schedule.
