The Communal Bank “Los Solidarios de San Isidro” is currently in its third loan cycle and consists of eleven hardworking individuals who view each moment as an opportunity to get ahead. Through their daily efforts, they are able to provide a better future for their children. The members of the Communal Bank live in the Province and Department of Cusco. Cusco is a city known for its Historical Center, its landscapes, and its history for being one of the most enchanting cities in the southern part of the country.


Most of the members are farmers and ranchers who also engage in businesses or services such as carpentry, house construction, small animal sales, housekeeping services, sales of beer and “http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicha" target="_blank" >chicha”, and handicraft sales.


Ines is a member of the Communal Bank “Los Solidarios de San Isidro”. She is 47 years old and has one child. Ines says she is currently the caretaker of the community hall in her village and also lives there. She is a hardworking and enterprising woman who wants to venture into the business of buying and selling small animals. Ines currently has a several pigs and guinea pigs, but she wants to buy lambs. Therefore, she is requesting this loan.

El banco comunal “LOS SOLIDARIOS DE SAN ISIDRO”, actualmente se encuentra en el III ciclo y esta conformado por 11 personas trabajadoras que buscan a cada momento las oportunidades para salir adelante y con su esfuerzo diario entregar un mejor futuro a sus hijos, es un banco comunal conformado por socios que viven en la comunidad de San Isidro de Chicon de la provincia de Urubamba del departamento del Cusco. Cusco es una cuidad que se caracteriza por su Centro Histórico, sus paisajes, su historia y siendo una ciudad encantadora de la Región Sur del país.

Nuestros socios en su mayoría son agricultores y ganaderos y también se dedican al comercio y a brindar servicios como por ejemplo al servicio de carpintería, construcción de casas, venta de animales menores, servicio domésticos, venta de chicha y cerveza y venta de artesanía.

La socia Inés forma parte del banco comunal los Solidarios de San Isidro de Chicon, tiene 47 años de edad y tiene un hijo. La socia nos cuenta que actualmente es cuidante del salón comunal del poblado y donde vive también, ella es una mujer trabajadora y emprendedora que quiere incursionar en el negocio de la venta y compra de animales menores, actualmente ella tiene varios chanchos y cuyes, pero ella requiere comprar corderos y por eso solicita el préstamo.

Los socios en general agradecen la oportunidad brindada y se comprometen a cumplir con el pago de sus diferentes cuotas en los plazos establecidos.
