Meanwhile, Noelia López S. started selling beef stew, and cheese, chicken or bone mondongo (a hearty Latin American soup made of slow-cooked tripe) on weekends. She managed to save enough capital to establish a fritanga--a popular restaurant that sells fried foods.

The other group member is Irma I., who has been selling clothing and fragrances for the last three years.

En este negocio le va muy bien según comento Solórzano es por esa razón que desea ampliarlo e invertir mayor capital.

Mientras Noelia López S. comenzó vendiendo sopa de res, mondongo, de queso, de pollo y de hueso los fines de semana con lo cual ahorro un pequeño capital e instalo una fritanga, restaurante popular que consiste en comida frita. La otra integrante es Irma I. quien desde hace tres años vende prendas y perfumes.
