El grupo Orquídea está integrado por tres féminas trabajadoras provenientes de Masaya conocida como Ciudad de la Flores. La coordinadora del grupo es la señora Cándida Paulina Velázquez quien desde hace 8 años tiene un vivero el cual ha ido creciendo y mejorando. Ella invertirá el crédito en la compra de rosas, pinos, ciprés, esqueletos, helechos…et.

Las otras integrantes son María Auxiliadora G. Velázquez quien vende ropa y Ángela de Carmen G. vende cosméticos. Ambas desean que sus negocios crezcan y se desarrollen.
