Mr. Vai V. is a 54 year old farmer who lives in Siem Reap Province. Vai V. is married to Sorm Khy, age 51. This couple, who work together in the farming business, has given birth to seven children: four of the children are married and working and three are single. Due to the coming farming season, Vai V. wants to grow a great amount of crops in order to sell them when they have matured. As he lacks money to make that possible, Vai V. has decided to request a loan from Kiva. Vai V. will use these funds to buy fertilizers and vegetable seeds to plant.
