Mohamad has owned a photography studio in his town since 2007 and has ten years of experience in this field. He's 30 years old, married and has one baby. He sells photo frames and camera film in addition to providing printing services. He's very happy with his business and he's thankful for the profit he has made for his family during this period.
Today, Mohamad is asking to borrow $900 to purchase more needed supplies and to perform maintenance for the photocopier machine to satisfy his customers’ needs.
Due to political and social challenges in Lebanon, personally identifiable attributes entrepreneurs may have been altered to protect their privacy (i.e., blurring portions of the borrower's picture, not indicating a name and location, etc.). Vitas appreciates Kiva lenders' understanding of these challenges and encourages them to continue their support for Lebanon's borrowers.
