Anteriormente el encargado de la carnicería era su esposo, pero fue privado de su vida y ahora Doña Elma atiende la carnicería y con el tiempo ha podido ir superando la perdida de su esposo. Ella solicita el crédito para comprar un molino de carne y asi poder preparar longanizas y chorizos, con anterioridad tenia uno pero ya no funciona. Su sueño es ampliar su negocio y tener su propio local ya que por el momento alquila.
