Carlos Manuel S. is a small farmer from the El Pijibay region in the municipality of Rama. He is married to Cleotilde, and has 4 children. His oldest sons are: Carlos Antonio who is 36 and Delvin who is 34, they are both married and have their own families. His youngest daughters are: Carla who is 15 and studying in her 3rd year of secondary school, and Fatima who is 8 and in 4th grade. Carlos’ youngest children live with him.
Carlos would like to strengthen his cattle inventory, which is why he is requesting his first loan through Afodenic; his first loan will be used to purchase 5 young bulls given that he would like to take advantage of the current price of the cattle. Carlos Manuel S.’ ranch is well equipped to raise livestock as it contains the necessary elements for cattle raising, such as watering holes, pastures, and meadows. He personally attends to his ranch, helped by his son and workers that he hires seasonally. His neighbors say that he is an honest person, who fulfills his commitments.

La finca del Sr. Carlos Manuel S. es apta para el manejo de semovientes ya que presenta las condiciones necesarias, tales como aguajes, pastos y praderas. Personalmente atiende su finca ayudado por su hijo y mano de obra que contrata temporalmente. Sus vecinos y colindantes dicen que es una persona honesta y cumplida con sus compromisos.
